The inception of FP CPA LLP took an interesting turn in the summer of 2022, sparked by a meeting at a Morden coffee shop. Matt was on the journey of establishing his own venture, driven by a desire to adapt to the industry’s demands. Meanwhile, Angela managed her sole proprietor firm for a year, striving to meet the increasing demand and expand her range of services.
Drawing from Matt’s expertise in accounting, assurance, financial technology, and emerging tools like AI, Angela’s background in internal financial controls, tax specialty work, and organizational leadership, their partnership was a natural fit.
